This is just a quick reminder that all Round One entries are due tonight!

A quick minor change in the due date!

The admins approached the great and powerful Mayor of clockwork city and were granted a two day extension for round one.

As such, the official date for round one entries is October 15th, 2008, and 11:59pm (MDT).

We understand that many of you are in the thrall of work and school and are doing our best to accommodate that while still being fair to those who have worked hard to make the prior deadline.

That said, Judges will have until Saturday, Oct 18th, 11:59PM to note their votes in.

Well the results have been up for a week so hopefully everyone has taken a look.

The last few days are upon us! Best of luck to the people scrambling to get theirs up!

We understand that life/work/etc can get in the way of producing a finished product and we would like to take this time to explain that these intros need not be perfectly polished off. It's better to toss something up then nothing at all comic wise.

The deadline is 11:56 MDT Sept 15th, so Monday Night folks! Granted, any notes that slip in while we're sleeping will still be considered, don't worry

If you haven't clarified your alliance (please check rogue-skies.deviantart.com/jou… to see if you have) could you leave us a comment? This won't effect your judging but when it comes time to draw out the matchups, it would be handy to have.

Also, if you don't see your entry there, please note it to us! We've been doing our best to keep ontop of the notes but sometimes things get past us.

THERE IS ONLY ONE WEEK LEFT !

This is a reminder that you have one week, until 11:59 (MDT) on Sept 15th to get all of your entries in!

Please check the applications journal to make sure that we have put up everything that you have noted us. Showing them to us in the chat does not guarantee we put them up! Please, please Note them to us!

We've also added an allegiance listing to each entry, we did our best to fill them in when obvious, but if yours has "?????" can you please let us know who they support? Be it Genesis, Gimmick or an Independent crew.

We are Revoking the no artist/artist rule.

A million apologies to our watchers, especially those who were miffed by our recent addition to the rules that barred two artists collaborating on an entry.

At the idea, it seemed like a logical way of keeping the playing field as level as possible.

However, after consulting several people on the matter, it turns out it was an unnecessary step that caused more problems then anything else! Who knew so many of you were planning to collaborate!

We officially revoke the rule that doesn't allow two artists to collaborate.

We beg your forgiveness for any inconvenience this has caused.Perhaps changing our mind again is slightly unprofessional as well, however, if there's one thing we have figured out here is roughly when to be flexible and when to remain firm on an idea. We are both new to running a contest, and alas, mistakes are inevitable.

Hopefully this will be the last!
